Customer service 500/10!!! Lol receptionist was so sweet and friendly ☺️ The way Jo makes you feel at ease and so comfortable is crazy! It was my first time and went in pretty nervous even when I was sitting inside the room I was shaking cause this was my first time waxing. The moment she walked in it was like my nerves disappeared and was immediately relaxed and calm. Im definitely grateful Waxcentric was the one I decided to go with. It is my number choice and I've become a loyal customer from now on.
Today was my first time coming here and I must say my visit was a 10 out of 10!!! Jo is awesome at what she does not only is her vibe amazing but she makes you feel like you’ve known each other forever making a brazilian wax a walk in the park. I will definitely be going back!!
I had a few not so great experiences in other wax places and then I found WaxCentric. It’s a great place; Lina at the front is kind. Jo has a great personality; she made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout my whole appointment. I highly recommend WaxCentric!
Jo Emma is great! I am new to town, and she made me feel 100% comfortable and confident with the services I chose. She was very informative and helpful. Her place is cute too! I highly recommend!
I just moved to the area and needed a new wax girlie. I am so happy I found Jo! She is so kind and has such good energy. Her space is so clean and relaxing. She made sure I felt comfortable during my Brazilian wax and walked me through the entire process. Highly recommend her and her studio!
