Ivy is amazing! I got a Brazilian wax with her and absolutely loved the results. She works very quickly while still being gentle and precise, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Her customer service is exceptional. She’s attentive, professional, and truly cares about your comfort. I left extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!!!
Mya was absolutely perfect! She took her time and was so pleasant! I will definitely be back. Place is clean, sanitary and very nice space. I also got a great gift 5 stars all the way!
I've been getting waxed for years and when I say Ariane was the best esthetician I've ever experienced, I mean it. It was the best Brazilian I've ever had, and Ariane was not only a fantastic professional, but also incredibly kind. I would recommend Ariane to anyone, and already have told my friends to start coming here. If I could give her 6 stars, I would!
They will not stop charging my credit card when I never authorized them to charge it at all. I attended a complimentary Yelp event in February 2025. One of the employees had me fill out a form. I double checked to make sure they were not going to charge my card, and she said no, the card was just needed to set up an account for my complimentary service that day. Every 1st of the month since March 2025, they have automatically withdrawn $59.20. I went in person after I noticed 3 withdrawals to explain it to them. The ladies working the desk said only the owner could address the issue and there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. I asked if the owner was available, and they said no and the cancellation request has to be sent via email even though I went out of my way to go there in person to address it. I sent an email to the manager. Out comes another unauthorized draft. I go in person again to address it and the girl working the desk said the same thing... only the manager could fix it via an email request . I sent another email. Out comes another unauthorized withdrawal. I go again in person to stop the transactions explaining that I do not give them permission to access my card. The girl at the front desk was very understanding and said she would just delete the card from my account, and then it could not be accessed for payments. She said the manager was away on a trip, but she would call her immediately to explain the problem. Here comes another charge. I call the front desk. The owner isn't there. The employee said they will text her with my issue and freeze my account in the meantime. Somehow my card is still being accessed by this business, and they have now helped themselves to $355.20 + interest from my credit card. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT!!! The waxers are sweet and very skilled, but the owner cannot be trusted to properly execute account management or reply to customer concerns.
I had such a great experience during my wax appointment! The space was super clean and welcoming, and the service was professional and efficient. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, explained everything, and took their time to make sure everything was done right. Definitely booking again!
