I had an amazing experience getting a Brazilian wax with Jasmine! She was professional, warm, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Jasmine is incredibly skilled—quick, thorough, and gentle—so the process was much smoother than I expected. She explained everything clearly, maintained a clean and calming environment, and truly cares about her clients’ comfort. I left feeling confident and so happy with the results. Highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a flawless Brazilian wax!
Had an amazing time with Brisceida! Honestly she is so knowledgeable, clean and sweet. Nobody does it better than WTC memorial. I will be making the 30 min drive just to wax with her every time.
Jasmine is the best! I have been with her for a few months now, and she is so thorough! She makes sure that I am not in pain and everything is spotless! Her customer service is phenomenal and I can’t recommend her enough! Always a pleasure to get waxed by Jasmine!
Overall, it’s good depending on the cerologist. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and recently this year with the changes of management, the cerologist have all been dropping left and right in less than a year. In a matter of one year, this has happened 3 times. I understand they’re owned independently but that’s definitely eye brow raising. The sad part is the good workers are leaving.
This was my second visit to Waxing the City at the Memorial location, and Brisceida is amazing! I came in for an eyebrow wax, and she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. My brows have never looked better! I’ll definitely be coming back to her for all my waxing needs.
