I had to find me a new wax specialist because the wax place that I have been going to abruptly closed. I have been seeing the same wax specialist for years so I was a nervous wreck about switching. Destiny was great. She understood my anxiety about coming to someone new and that helped, my nerves. I have now found my new wax home and specialist. 😊
This review is regarding my recent experience at Waxxpot with Ajani. All the other times (with other wax techs) have been great. This was my third time going to this location .The other two times it has been good. This time, I had Ajani, She kept trying (unsuccessfully) to pull a wax strip off the same area 5 times, and finally I couldn’t take it and asked if she could please stop and find someone else to help her. At that point she tells me sure, I can get someone else, but it’s not my first time doing this, and rolls her eyes at me. She went and got Mariana who was amazing. She completed the rest of the service flawlessly. The area that Ajani had been waxing was completely bruised from all the pulling and Mariana kept apologizing even though it was not her fault. Ajani never mentioned the bruising nor offered any aplogies despite being seated there at checkout she just ignored me. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if this always how things go with her but I will certainly not be returning to find out.
Baylee did a great job—she was professional, quick, and I was really happy with my results!
Kennedy does an amazing job! She makes me so comfortable and leaves me feeling fresh and smooth ❤️
I had never had a Brazilian wax before. Destinee walked me through the whole process and explained what to expect, talked to me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable! She was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions about before and after care giving great recommendations. I will be returning!
