I've had a great experience working with WCG CPA & Advisors, especially with Jose Castro-Antunez, EA. I recently started a business and wasn't very familiar with tax preparation and planning. Jose and his team have been extremely helpful--very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. In the past, I had negative experiences with several accountants who either didn't answer my questions or were slow to respond. With Jose and his team, it's been the complete opposite. I've asked a lot of questions, and they've always been patient and thorough in explaining things to me. I truly appreciate their support and guidance, and I would highly recommend this group of accountants to anyone looking for reliable and responsive tax and business advisory services.

We switched over to WCG April 2024 and we noticed an immediate change in the communications that took place with us as a client. They are quick to respond and provide a quick solution to any issue that may arise. We find their customer service to be exceptional and they go above and beyond. We have had an ongoing tax issue that has been going on for over a year with our previous CPA and once we turned it over to WCG there was a direct call to the IRS which understood the situation and put an immediate "Hold" on the claim all within a couple of days. We also use their payroll services as well, and have been happy with both services. Never had an issue with either service. It's so nice to have a large staff at your disposal to get any Urgent Matters with either Quickbooks Online or the IRS resolved all within a few days. We are excited to meet with the staff in May to discuss future Tax Prevention Strategies for 2025. So if your looking for a new CPA Firm, WCG should be your first and only choice.
I have been a client at WCG for a little over two years now. During this time, they have managed our personal taxes as well as the taxes for two small businesses. Our situation is intricate in that we live in one state, but have businesses registered and file taxes in another state. They have handled every hurdle and complexity with absolute ease and expertise whilst maximizing all available deductions. Sally Rhoades, partner, has been especially wonderful in managing all of our concerns and getting our taxes filed in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend this firm for any tax consulting, accounting, or business planning!
