They had my Pixel5 screen in stock, were able to set up the repair appointment within the hour, and completed the repair in about half an hour. Price was reasonable, though not a rock bottom price from a mail-in repair, I figured no downtime without my phone was worth it. I’d definitely go back if I needed a phone repair! Friendly technician even was able to get my screen protector moved onto the new screen.

I have been undergoing multiple Breast Cancers surgeries and currently have to carry around a vacuum machine that is attached to me 24/7 which has a tube connected to it and to my body, as I recover I keep dropping everything trying to navigate managing this thing. With that being said I’ve dropped my iPhone more than I ever have, normally I leave it places lol not drop it. Tor is an absolute lifesaver! Not only did he drive all the way to my work to meet me, but he also fixed both my grandmother’s phone iPhone 7 and my own iPhone 11 (which had survived a two-story drop, only to be messed up by another repair shop). The previous phone repair place broke the monitor connection and I thought all my documents and pictures were lost, but Tor took the time to carefully fix everything and got both devices working perfectly again. His patience, skill, and professionalism are unmatched, he has gained a customer for life because I will be calling him for future needs, highly recommending him! He also gave me solid advice to make sure I back up my photos and files, because I legit thought they were lost for good, but I am so happy he got my phone working again!
