After a bit of a wait Herman welcomed me and apologised for the wait! He appeared very knowledgeable and courteous and treated everything I had brought on an individual basis. He explained the history of each piece which was accurate. We struck up a conversation regarding his own origins which was interesting. He gave me his values which I was very happy with as some of the items were owned by my late husband. This was a very new experience for me as I have never been to a valuation or auction before. Thank you Herman and I wish you and your co-partner a pleasant day. Regards.
Met with Neil today at one of their Road shows, a great experience. It was busy but both of the representatives were calmly dealing with every client to value their items. Saw seven or eight before us , all seemed happy with result. Our turn and we had a detailed explanation of every step, quite nervous beforehand but totally happy after. Recommended.
We saw Chris at Petersfield today. He was very patient and extremely helpful. He was also professional and incredibly knowledgeable . We were very pleased with the whole experience. But I’d recommend taking your bank details in writing or show your card, as everyone waiting can hear every word. The payment appeared in my account a few hours later. I was very pleased with my first experience. I didnt wait too long and it was nice having a chat with other sellers while waiting. The agent was friendly and professional . He offered me what I believed to be a good price based on my research. It was hassle free and I enjoyed the experience. I would recommend.
Easy, courteous service and fast payment.Remuneration about what I expected- James was knowledgeable and informative and the transaction was easy. Much better than going to a jeweller who will pay so little of the value. Recommended! Disappointed not to see David Harper though, was all set for a selfie!
