Wonderful jeweler on Royal in the French Quarter. This is a must stop by for locals and those in town looking for unique jewelry options and watches. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is fantastic. Easy to find something for a holiday or special occasion. Highly recommend.
Stopped in this store while in New Orleans and my wife loved a bracelet she saw but didn’t want to buy it. Elizabeth wrote down all the info just in case she couldn’t stop thinking about it. Well she continued to bring it up so that was an easy buying signal to give Wellington a call. The team was great helping with the purchase and sending it to us. I went to Wellington’s to have to some pearl earrings repaired. They are pretty delicate so I wasn’t sure what could be done. The jeweler envisioned a way to revise them so they look better than the original design and at a very reasonable price. Looking around the store, I saw so many beautiful styles of jewelry. There’s something special for everyone here and friendly, knowledgeable people to help you find something you can be proud to wear.
Love this place! Customer service is wonderful! They take their time to explain the quality of their jewelry and have the most beautiful necklaces, earrings, and rings. So happy with my purchase.
I came into browse and fell in love with a ring. Ryan helped me with absolutely zero pressure. He was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly no greedy-salesman vibe whatsoever. When I got home I couldn't stop thinking about the ring so I called Ryan to purchase it. I live in CA, the ring was shipped to me quickly at no extra cost. I'll be visiting the store again whenever I find myself in NOLA. Amazing experience and I'm so happy with my purchase!
