My initial visit on Thursday was great. X-rays and visit with Olivia was good. The follow up visit on Sunday was the opposite. A complete nightmare. Got there at 9:15, was told should see someone by 10:10, Never saw anyone and left at 11:40. Terrible waste of time and still don't know if I need further evaluation.
I made a online appointment and got right in, seen by nurse and Doctor, had lab results done in 20 minutes. Good diagnosis and after care instructions. I felt better in two days. Staff was friendly and considerate of my needs. I have been here two times and both were good experiences.
There was only one physician at the office I went to, and 2 people ahead of me. When I was called into an examination room this was explained to me and that I had an option to be seen virtually by a physician on the computer or to wait so I left it to their choice. So moved to a different room. Two nurses accompanied me and explained throughly what would take place. The staff members did their jobs efficiently and we were hooked up with a wonderful Dr. She asked a lot of questions about my medications, which she investigated through my pharmacy. She listened to my heart, lungs, and looked at my throat and ears. All using equipment that is ran through the computer. I also observed what she saw. That was amazing to me as I am a 67 yo woman and not computer savvy. Come to find out I have a sinus and double ear infection. The experience in whole was efficient and very accommodating. I can't say enough about the friendly staff at this location. Thank you very much!
Both the PA and the Rn were lovely and caring. It was an easy visit(for getting stitches in my pinky finger). They walked me through what to expect and were patient and empathetic. I wish I could remember their names! But 10/10 would recommend. The lady who did my initial wound cleaning was so personable and bubbly. And the woman who gave me my tetanus shot was also wonderful. Excellent crew.
It was my very 1st time @ this Urgent Care facility. Very easy and smooth check in, it was something new. I loved it. The facility was very clean and staff were very friendly! I was called to the back fairly quickly. The wait time before I saw the provider was a little long but not too bad. It's expected in an Urgent Care facility, things happen. I'd rather wait in the patient room (in the back) then in the waiting room. The nurse came in to check on me and apologized for the longer wait than expected and offered me a choice of snacks and a drink. When the provider came in she also apologized and was very friendly. She answered all my questions. Overall, I had a great experience!
