Kevin has been doing a great job for me for a few years. He takes pride in his work and it shows. My wife likes it and that’s really what matters.
First Time in just walked in boy was I lucky Jenni is a great barber and just a nice person in general made the whole experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend
$45 for a standard cut. Did not answer the phone and their prices are not listed online, so I drove all the way here to figure out how expensive it was. Barber was hard to understand. I did not get a cut so rating 4 just to not degrade the reviews too much, but frustrated with the poor communication/lack of transparency.
I've had great experiences here with multiple stylists Always getting compliments when I leave. I have a big meeting coming up and I was thinking, although just getting a haircut a few weeks ago, I could stop in for a quick second to get a few minute sharpening up. Like a quick trim of the hairline for straight lines or a quick alignment to make sure the beard is even. The gentleman who answered sounded older and of darker complexion, he was extremely rude, very snobby and responded to me saying " a haircut is $40 in " " sir we don't do that " I asked quote so you guys are turning away money? " Hey then just hung the phone up. Clearly not the type of employee you wouldn't want in your business. Think how many times this happens a week now over 10 years how much money is a business missing out on if they have employees who let that five that 10 that $20 walk right out of the store. Clearly not a man of economics building relationships long-term customers. Very very disappointed.
Been going to West Barber Shop for about a year and a half, Kevin does an excellent job and is very friendly. When I schedule ahead of times I’m in and out within 20 minutes and never have to wait, though they do walk-in’s as well. The hot lather neck shave at the end is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend!
