I walked into West Coast Car Audio at 6230 Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights looking for a dashcam and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Mike took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and explain the different dashcam options in a clear, easy-to-understand way. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood exactly what I needed based on my vehicle and usage, which helped me make a confident and informed decision. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance. Even better, they had availability on their schedule and were able to install the dashcam the same day. The installers, Joe and Antonio, did a fantastic job. The installation was clean, professional, and well done, everything looks factory-installed and works perfectly. Overall, this was a smooth, professional, and customer-focused experience. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and in taking care of their customers. I was so satisfied with the service that I fully plan to bring my wife’s car in soon to have a dashcam installed as well. A big thank you to Mike, Joe, Antonio, and the entire West Coast Car Audio team. I highly recommend them.
This place truly has the lowest prices in town and they don't even pressure you to purchase like others do. The person who helped me understood that I did research online and still provided me with additional information about their products and the differences between all the dash cameras they offer. Not only did I get information about product, I got information on what to expect during the experience from purchase to installation. They handle it all! I can tell these people are confident about their prices just because they don't put pressure on you to purchase. I came looking to purchase a dash cam, but they sell everything you need for speaker systems in vehicles, boats, etc. They also sell car alarm systems. If you got a DUI and need a breathalyzer, they sell those too! Reading this review should save you time with research and comparing prices, but go ahead and feel free to do so. I'm sure you'll come back to this location.
My experience with Ric has always been 5 stars! Every time i go in there he is always really helpful on helping me decide what equipment i need and what works best with my budget. It is not my first time going to him for audio or my last! Customer service has always been amazing i will always recommend friends and family to go to Ric for any audio needs!
