Amazing, professional experience. Was able to email with Jesus and got me in the next day. He was able to respond immediately and figure out exactly what I was looking for and quoted me a price- that they stuck with! He was able to let me know they could get me in and out same day for a tire repair, rotation/balance, and oil change. When I dropped off my car I was a little nervous due to their busyness but Fernando was able to reassure me and they got it done. I don't think this warrants losing a star, but the one thing I didn't like was in person no one introduced themselves until I asked their names when I was directed to go talk to a specific person- it was a little disorientating. The last thing I will say is I very much appreciated 1. upfront pricing, 2. no one pushed for extra services to squeeze anything out of me. I will definitely be coming back here for any car needs.
I've been bringing my car here for years - first my 1996 Toyota Corolla - they kept it running and in great shape until I got my new 2023 Toyota Corolla. They're efficient, thorough and let you know exactly what to expect and how much it's going to cost. Even better - I feel confident when I pick up my car that any repairs/servicing was done correctly - I can trust these guys.
This was my first experience with West Coast Tires & Service. I needed a headlight replaced. A friend had strongly recommended West Coast Tires & Service. I telephoned on Thursday and spoke with Carlos. I explained that I could not make an appointment during the day because of my job. He asked whether I could come early in the morning the next day. He quickly determined what sort of bulb I needed and ordered it from the distributor. His staff replaced the bulb, and the whole process was fast, and reasonable. I highly recommend West Coast Tires & Service!
Amazing experience. I was about to go to work and I got a flat tire in my driveway. I almost cried. I googled west coast tire service and they were there in under 1 hour. He fixed everything and filled my tires with air. This is the BEST mobile tire service I have ever seen. I hope I never have another flat tire but if I do, I’m calling west coast. Thank you!
Been here twice once for my BMW and for my Tesla and these guys are really honest and competent! They’ve been there since 1970 and have nice clean facilities and lots of techs working there. Even though they are super busy because they are honest mechanics but they can usually schedule you in within 24 hours.
