I manage a 160 unit in San Francisco, and it is imperative that we have weekly pest control inspections/treatment. We have worked with other companies in the past and found them to be inconsistent. Western is easy to communicate with, and always responds to requests quickly. Our current tech Karim is fantastic, he arrives in a good mood and handles difficult tenants with ease.
