Love this place, really good food and nice staff, plus crazy good deals on wine, especially compared to other restaurants where you end up paying double the price for a bottle of wine

Just a little feedback on my last visit, when someone purchases a $170 bottle of Las Piedras cab they dont want to see the server rip the entire capsule off the bottle and literaly dump the wine into your glass as fast as possible and not offer a decanter. Your staff has shockingly poor service standards and zero product knowledge. Spraying windex on the empty table right next to us while we are trying to enjoy this wine was also a very rude. Your staff needs training in proper service mechanics, product knowledge and hospitality, also the pajamas and septum rings arnt really good optics for a wine bar, perhaps your servers should dress like they are at work. I have left this business wondering why I continue to come back too many times in the last few years, the service and staff here has really taken a nosedive since many years back.. lastly the food is barely edible when it finally arrives at the table the food runner just drops it on the table says nothing about what it is and no plates are offered, low energy, low effort, zero customer service affectation..

Whispering Vine is my local go-to for wine tastings and purchases. Their tasting flights are always interesting, and their one glass 8oz pours are very fairly priced. They also offer great prices on weekly specials and some great wine tasting educational events. Cheers to Brian and crew at both locations.

We are always happy when we go to Whispering Vine, and we’re never disappointed. The food, the drinks (obviously), and the staff are consistently excellent. They have a great selection of unique, flavorful dishes, and the salt and vinegar tater tots are an absolute staple for us every visit. The charcuterie board is our go-to appetizer—it’s loaded with delicious options and always hits the mark. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoy being able to wander around and choose a bottle (or bottles) of wine to enjoy with dinner. It adds to the overall experience and makes it feel relaxed and personal. Pricing is very fair for the quality of food, the portion sizes, and the level of service. The wine and alcohol pricing is also very competitive with local shops, and unlike many restaurants, you don’t pay an inflated premium on wine here. Overall, I highly recommend Whispering Vine. It’s a consistently great experience and one of our favorite spots in town.

We were looking for a great wine bar to go to on our anniversary, and a client of mine recommended Whispering vine. I’m so glad we decided to go with her recommendation. My wife and i absolutely loved it! The wine was amazing and the food was incredible! This is now going to be our go to spot! Thank you guys for the great experience!
