This is such a lovely clinic. All the staff I’ve encountered have been so friendly. I’ve felt valued as a customer and it always amazes me how they remember little details from previous conversations we’ve had. Cassie has worked wonders on my shoulder in a short time. Michelle and her team are absolutely wonderful. The knowledge and experience is second to none, they go above and beyond, and make you feel so comfortable and at ease. Friendly, helpful, supportive with advice about anything and everything. Their clinic has grown and gone from strength to strength. I thank them enough ☺️
Great clinic, very well presented. The receptionist team are super welcoming and always leave me with a smile. For my treatments, Lily has been an asset. Always happy to provide extra work/advice around new training niggles, helping me to keep training hard!
I’m currently in my 3rd trimester. I’ve been suffering with sciatica and neck/upper back pains. I’ve been in absolute agony to the point I started struggling with daily activities and having poor sleep where I couldn’t turn over or mobilise without having electric type pains. However, I’ve only had 2 treatments so far and it’s already unbelievable of how much of a difference I can feel. It has made a difference to my pregnancy for the better. I have been seeing Ellie for my sessions, she’s professional, brilliant and so kind. She was excellent at identifying/diagnosing my issues. She is attentive and delivers high standards of treatment/care. Overall, the experience so far has been great, and the receptionists are lovely too. I definitely recommend ✅
Arrived at the clinic to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist Wendy. My appointment was with Elle who had been recommended. She immediately put me at ease and was very professional and easy to talk with about my painful muscle issues. I am very happy with the treatment I received and immediately felt the benefit so I have booked other appointments to follow up Would highly recommend 😄 Melanie Butler
