I had an amazing experience at this car wash, and Emily truly made it exceptional. From the moment she started, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. My car looks brand new—every inch was spotless, shining, and clearly cared for with pride. Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Wonderful customer service and they regularly change out brushes so you don't get swirls in your paint. I've been going to them for over a year and the unlimited membership pays for itself with 2 or 3 washes. Very high quality carwash.
Emily was absolutely amazing when I came in for my car wash. I needed help with the vacuum and a few other parts of the car wash, and she went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what to do. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. Customer service like hers really stands out. If you come here, definitely ask for Emily — she makes a huge difference!
It snowed and the underbody protection took care of the salt that gathered underneath. I also bought a gift set to give my brother for Xmas! Go see the Manager she will absolutely take care of you!
I’ve had a membership here for about 6 months on both mine and my wife’s cars. Most staff are good, but Kenneth was exceptional today. He went above and beyond with his service and attentiveness today. Great job.
