Very knowledgeable, and had good pointers. The mouse in the video was too light to set off the live catch trap. Will try to anchor down the peanut butter to see if that works.
We called about a squirrel problem and Keller did the inspection. He was on time, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through what he checked, explained where squirrels are likely getting in, and gave clear recommendations for fixing it. Super helpful experience, would definitely use them again.
Brandon Dunn did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, set up several boxes and was very professional. I'm a new customer and so far it's been a smooth process!
