We were on the fence about using an event planner for our Wedding. We ended up going with Wichita Event Planner, and I am very glad that we did! We were paired with Amber, who was a wonderful fit from the very beginning. Amber helped get us in contact with any remaining vendors that we had not solidified 60 days out. We had several meetings with her prior to our wedding where she asked great, detailed questions to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped us write out our wedding timeline and shared it will all of the vendors making sure they knew when and where. The day of I got to focus on getting ready and enjoying the hair and makeup process while she handled all of the decoration set up and vendor arrivals. I credit how great our decor looked to her. Our wedding went very smoothly. Any bumps or hiccups that happened I didn't even know about until AFTER the wedding, as she and her assistant handled them. At the end of the evening, they packed up all of our decor and had the venue cleaned out for us. We very much appreciate all of their hard work. If you're on the fence, I would highly recommend booking with Wichita Event Planner and using Amber. It allows you to enjoy your big day without the stress. I didn't fight with family, I didn't worry about decor, and I didn't wonder if my vendors had arrived. She handled all of the stress and let us enjoy. It was worth every penny.

After much contemplation, we finally decided to budget a day of coordinator for our wedding and it was the BEST decision that we made! Alyssa and Janelle were absolutely incredible. I didn't have to answer many questions and was stress free on my big day! There are so many great things I could say about them, but I'll mention a few things that really stood out to me and my husband! -The rehearsal dinner caterer did not have my order although they charged my card. As we were going through rehearsal, I handed Alyssa my phone and she made it happen! I was hoping to get a refund at the very least, but she got the caterer to deliver to the hotel nearby our venue! -Another thing we are SO appreciative of is their help in setting up and tearing down at our venue! We set up for two hours after the rehearsal dinner and they helped get everything where it needed to be. This was a huge help since our ceremony was early and at a different location, we definitely couldn't have set up ourselves on the day of. -Alyssa took several pictures during our rehearsal and wedding. It was super sweet to see some of the moments we may have missed! Alyssa and Janelle made our day run so smooth and I would hire them 100 times over. My piece of advice - HIRE THE DAY OF COORDINATOR!

We will never be able to say enough thank you's to Sarah with Wichita Event Planner. We had our wedding with her a few years back when it was just her and to say that she went above and beyond is an understatement! We had a KU themed wedding and she designed and decorated the hall so beautifully. Even though it was "sports" themed, she just made it elegant and beautiful. All our guests were impressed, even the K-State fans haha. She made the whole planning process so easy and stayed ahead of any issues that arose(i.e. one of the vendors for catering dropped out and she immediately had a backup lined up). She took care of everything during the wedding too, allowing me to not worry about anything. We had a sand ceremony and both my mom and MIL completely spaced and forgot they needed to pour their parts of the sand before anyone walked out. As my bridesmaids were walking out, she ran back to tell me and made sure they got that done before I got out there. Another situation that happened is between the ceremony and reception, just the bridal party went out to take some fun pictures, literally only gone 30 min. We paid for the first $500 of booze and our guests blew through that whole thing in that short amount of time. She caught it just in time to allow each person in the party to get 1 "free" drink. The icing on the cake though was at my rehearsal dinner, she presented me with a KU necklace and ring set. I wore the necklace for the whole wedding and on my honeymoon. Beyond thoughtful and such a kind gesture that wasn't expected. She truly poured her heart and soul into my wedding and you could see she cared about it as much as I did! There's no way anyone could have done a better job and it was so much more affordable than other wedding planners. Thank you so much for making my big day so special!!

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and rest of the Wichita Event Planner Team for my wedding. They made my wedding dreams come true! They are such kind and sweet authentic people. Sarah and BreAnna were so helpful and I had no issues or last minute uh ohs to worry about during my wedding day and was able to just be a bride and have fun. They went above and beyond and my day was absolutely perfect. You are in great hands with Wichita event planner!
