I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I paid for a balayage and haircut with face-framing layers and layers throughout and provided clear inspiration photos during my consultation. The balayage turned out very minimal and did not resemble what I asked for, and the color was off. After washing my hair, I realized there were no noticeable layers, and the face-framing pieces were uneven. Given the cost of the service, this was frustrating. I contacted the salon right away. They offered to redo the service but denied my request for even a partial refund when I expressed I wasn’t comfortable returning and ended up being completely ignored by them. I ultimately had to seek correction elsewhere. :/
I had a great experience with Jay! I got a scalp facial, color gloss and blow out. She was very professional and gave me great advice for my hair. The scalp facial was very relaxing and the essential oils smelled so good. My hair looks so healthy!
I had an amazing experience! I booked my appointment with Jkay after a friend recommended her, and I’m so glad I did. I went in with brassy, orangey hair from another salon that had completely messed it up. I showed Jkay a few inspiration pictures, and she understood exactly what I wanted. She took her time with my haircut, color, and blowout, and completely transformed my hair! It looks so healthy and beautiful now. I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend her!
I absolutely love my haircut from Jay! She was incredibly professional, quick, and skilled with cutting! She gave me a great blowout and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. Thank you so much, Jay! I’ll definitely be coming back in a few months.
I don’t even know where to start because this salon literally saved me. So I went to another salon that completely messed up my highlights and roots (as seen in the first two pics) and I left feeling so heartbroken. I was genuinely scared my hair couldn’t handle anything else. I called Wild Honey and from the second I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They really made me feel seen and heard and paid so much attention to what I needed. They even talked me through everything and reassured me the whole time Peyton was my stylist and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She could tell how stressed I was from my last salon experience and truly made me feel taken care of. I really recommend this place. They brought my hair back and honestly made me feel so much better about everything
