Pains au levain fraîchement cuits avec une croûte parfaite et une texture dense, disponibles en variétés telles que 50/50 et au blé entier.
Bagels au sésame façon New York, avec une texture idéale et une bonne mâche, préparés frais quotidiennement pour un goût classique.
Des friandises décadentes telles que des cookies aux pépites de chocolat saupoudrés de sel marin, offrant un équilibre sucré à chaque bouchée.

I absolutely love this awesome place. The sour dough bread is by far the best I ever had anywhere. Always fresh with awesome smiley faces serving you.
Not only does this place have the best sourdough in Lexington they also have the friendliest staff! Always warm and welcoming and are truly good people. My favorite place to get my weekly loaf!
Found this bakery at the Saturday Lexington market and boy is their sourdough is delicious…. I will be back every week to get some!!! I bought a loaf of whole wheat sourdough! Came home and immediately had multiple slices…. Very reasonable prices and the freshness is excellent
Outstanding new Bakery! The sourdough bread had a lovely crust and a fairly dense, whole wheat-type of texture that made wonderful toast. The flavorful sesame bagel tasted like New York, just the right chewiness. The generously sized chocolate chip cookie won my heart (and taste buds ) with the sprinkles of salt on top to balance the sweetness of the chips. There is talk of adding pizzas to the menu. I can’t wait!
I love this new addition to National Ave. Wild Lab Bakery is in a beautiful, renovated space. I picked up a 50/50 sourdough loaf, it was still warm and so good. Warning: This bread is dangerously delicious! I ended up eating way more than I intended. My kids were just as obsessed. This might be the best bread I've had in Lexington. You definitely won't be disappointed.
