We worked with Charity Leeson at Williams & Co. and had a wonderful experience with her. She guided us the whole way through the process of selling a home and answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We always felt we could trust her guidance because of her experience and knowledge in the Lubbock market. Since we now live in another state, this was very important that we had someone we could trust. She was very up front and fair in all of her recommendations. Also she was very well organized with the sale process and with setting a closing date on the sale. It all went forward timely and efficiently.
