We cannot say enough good things about Lexington Willis Music! The staff here are always so friendly, professional and genuinely want to make you happy. I recently had an issue with a piece of my equipment. The store manager Chase went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed to correct the problem. Chase even followed up with a personal call to me a few weeks later to make sure that I was still happy and everything was still working properly. It is so rare to find such perfect service these days but they certainly give you perfect service here. They also do a fantastic job of restringing all of our guitars. They have a very quick turn around and always have the strings I need in stock. This is a top notch store that we highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at Willis Music in Lexington! Chase Hawkins spent over an hour helping my child upgrade their trombone, and I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, patient, and kind he was. He explained everything clearly, made sure my child felt confident and excited about their new instrument, and added just the right amount of humor to make the whole experience fun and relaxed. It can often be difficult to find someone who genuinely cares about helping and has such a deep love of music but we hit the jackpot and left feeling incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for expertise and exceptional customer service, definitely ask for Chase!
Absolutely wonderful service. Patient. Highly knowledgeable. Great selection of instruments including hard to find rare finds. Reasonably priced. Especially given the service and amount of time they spend getting to know me and my needs.
