I have bought many items from them!!! I love the Sarah distressed jeans and my pink Rory cropped shirt. I also have bought a few spooky flare bundles and love the flares and the tshirts I have got.
WB is honestly my number one store/site to shop! I love the quality of the clothes and shoes. The customer services is honestly AMAZING! Any returns/exchanges you need, they will take care of you!! I’m in love with the boots and the FIOONNNAAAS💜🤍
Willow boutique has the best clothing items. They also are super comfy and stretchy! I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them! 10/10 recommend!!!
I ordered a pair of blue jeans from Willow Boutique and instead received jeans from their “partner brand” JC & JQ Jeans. I was charged $55, yet the exact same jeans can be purchased directly from JC & JQ on Amazon for about half the price. When I asked for a refund, the company refused and only offered store credit, even though they sent me a completely different brand than what I ordered. This company is deceptive. They remove the original “Made in China” tags from items like JC & JQ Jeans and replace them with labels claiming “Willow Boutique – Made in Ohio,” which is completely misleading. What I received clearly had JC & JQ branding and tags marked “Made in China.” Willow Boutique is not a trustworthy business. They overcharge for cheap imported products, misrepresent their origins, and refuse to take responsibility when they send the wrong brand. In my opinion, this company is a scam. Do not shop here.
Ordered the spooky flare bundle for Halloween. The pants are great, but the shirt that was sent Willow doesn't sell on their website. Every photo of the reviews shows the current shirts that they sell for Halloween with the bundle. This shirt is a bummer. I'm shocked they would send me a shirt they don't proudly advertise on their website. They lost my business.
