I've been going to the winestore in chapel hill for years, but since they got flooded, I decided to go to the morrisville store. As is is typical for this chain, the staff we're fabulous! They were helpful and friendly and very welcoming. There are a ton of wines to choose from. And I love that they have the wine dispensers, which gives the customer the opportunity to try various wines on a rotating basis. Their prices are competitive and they are marketing Is always fun and engaging. If you haven't been, you should definitely give it a try.
This location of Winestore is exceptional! Must be the staff- Love Emily - adorable and personality-plus. In addition, she’s so knowledgeable about the wines- enjoy talking with her about new releases when we get the chance to drop by when traveling through. We can order online to pick up there- then stop by when convenient (1.5 hour drive for us). When we stopped by recently for a pickup, we met Robert - really nice guy- also very friendly and knowledgeable. Look forward to talking more about wines with him too.
My partner and I recently relocated to North Carolina from Michigan, and we stumbled upon Winestore while looking to kill some time one afternoon. Little did we know, it would become our favorite spot, all thanks to the outstanding customer service we received. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. A special shout out goes to Emily, who truly made our visits memorable. Her extensive knowledge of wines and her willingness to help are just remarkable. Emily consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we have an enjoyable experience every time we visit. Whether we are seasoned wine enthusiasts or just looking to try something new, Emily is always there to guide us with her excellent suggestions. Her passion for wine and dedication to customer delight have turned our casual visits into a regular routine, exploring new wines and expanding our taste palate. We are genuinely impressed with the level of service at Winestore and appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere they maintain. It’s no surprise that it has become our go-to place in the area. Highly recommend a visit if you want a top-notch wine-shopping experience!
Great wine store, I’ll definitely be back! Loved the clean, modern vibe. The lady who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a wonderful gift and a few, very affordable wines for myself, too! I was very pleased by the selection of wines, the prices, and the variety of origins (I love French and Italian wines!). So glad I stopped in!
I will admit when I first walked in this store I thought I had made a huge mistake, I thought it was a ritzy expensive wine shop that was going to embarrass my budget. I was gratefully mistaken! While this is an impressive and beautiful shop the prices are the best I have ever seen for such quality wines. Chris, who runs this store is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very welcome in the shop. I can’t wait for Covid to end so I can try the wine tasting stations! This is an incredible store and I am an instant regular customer. Thank you winestore and Chris!!
