My sweet partner surprised me with flowers, but they showed up wilted and clearly on their last days. Shame on you, Winston Flowers, for selling dying arrangements. This is completely unacceptable at your price point. Update: Kate kindly helped coordinate a beautiful replacement bouquet. Appreciate their prompt response and assistance to make up for the initial disappointing experience. Thank you, Kate!
Winston’s has gone downhill over the last few years. First with the quality of flowers and now with the quality of service. Stephanie’s Flowers in Brookline offer a better product, and better service. Suggest them over Winston’s now all day.
Our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning! The arrangements were even more beautiful than we imagined — elegant, fresh, and perfectly matched our vision. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, every detail was thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed. Tara was wonderful to work with, so attentive and organized throughout the whole process. We felt so cared for, and seeing everything come together on the big day truly took our breath away.
We got a mini olive tree and absolutely loved it. We watered it carefully and kept it in a sunny spot, but within a couple days, the leaves started falling off and we noticed tiny brown spots on the stems. It turned out to be a scale insect infestation. Really disappointing, since we took good care of it and it was such a beautiful plant. It makes me question the quality and condition the plants are kept in. We also bought a peperomia, which so far seems healthy—hopefully that one isn’t infested too.
It’s difficult to express how outstanding of a job the Winston team (Molly, Bryan + team) did for our engagement party at the Isabella Stewart this fall. We had reached out to several other florists around New England, so we had many other floral studios to compare to, and Winston immediately stood out with how customer friendly and professional they were to work with. We felt very comfortable working with Winston and the team was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Most importantly, the floral arrangements were STUNNING and exceeded any expectations we could have had for our vision. I could not be happier with choosing Winston. Molly and Bryan - thank you, thank you, thank YOU.
