I had my iPhone 13 Pro back glass replaced here last year. It’s been about a year and a half. When it was initially replaced, the battery was jostling inside of the phone all of a sudden the same day I picked up my phone and it started heating up massively with no prior history of any issues with battery or anything. Apparently the battery had gotten loose. I came back again the next day or so they fixed it, after having to order in a part that was damaged and waiting. To their credit, they did try and fix it And did not charge me. In regards to the installation of the glass, there was dust left under the glass where the camera was so the camera was never as good after that and there was glue at the seams. My phone has never been the same since it’s been heating up. For the past year rattling, and just recently, the battery has bloated to such a degree that my screen popped off my phone. All I know is that if I could go back and just pay the $500 for Apple to fix it to not have to go through all this trouble over the past year I would have just done it. please keep that in mind when you’re going with a cheaper option you are taking a risk. I’m not knocking the fact that it’s cheap and fast I’m just warning future customers in case they feel like no one ever told them. And they find themselves with the same headache.
