We had a great experience working with Erik to sell our home in Golden. We did a thorough walk-thru together at the start of the project to determine the work that needed to be done before going on the market. He had lots of ideas, and was able to convey to us what projects would help sell the house in a prioritized order. There was always clear and prompt communication through every step of the home-selling process. I really appreciated how you could ask a question about anything, and get a straight answer. I should also mention that you get the benefits of the WisdomRealEstate office listing team as well. Everybody we worked with in the whole operation was quite professional, top-notch, and quite excellent at their jobs.
