Wisp are life savers. Couldn't get in to my e mail after repairs. Wisp got it all back for me in no time. All my files and things that I thought I lost are back . These folks are excellent at there craft . I highly recommend Wisp for any repairs you might need. They care about what they do for you and will even help you after repairs.
I highly recommend this phone repair shop this is insane i had a problem in my iphone it doesn’t recognize my face id i went to apple store and i’ve been in best buy and 2 days in a row i’m on the phone talking to tech support but they never fix the problem but here in WISP it’s like a magic so guys if you have a problem in your phone come and check them out here in WISP in Manhattan they will fix your phone in just a snap. 👍👌❤️🫶🏻 thank you so much!
This store is great and efficient. I went to geek squad at Best Buy to ask about fixing an iPad that the charging piece had broke off in the charge port. They told me it’s probably damaged and would have to ship it off. I went here and they took a look at it for 2 minutes and were able to remove the piece that was stuck and it is now charging again. For free!!! They were amazing and will definitely be back here for all my repair needs.
I usually don’t write reviews but this place is definitely worth going to. They are very affordable and fast. I’ve gotten my PlayStation fixed there and when I had some residue inside the person cleaned it for free. It’s the small things like that which I appreciate. I also have gotten my phone fixed there and it was very affordable and my new screen looks brand new. They also are very timely. They told me it would be an hour for my phone to be fixed and it was an hour. They told me a few hours for my PlayStation and it was a few hours
So far I've had great experience with Wisp Electronic Repairs. I brought in an old Snap-on Scanner Tool to have the LCD screen repaired and dropped it off. They called back a couple of days later letting me know that it was in fact the screen and not the board that was dead and that they were not able to source a new one. They didn't charge me for the assessment which I really appreciated. I've got some old gaming systems I'm bringing in soon and will update once those are repaired.
