If you're a Dee-Jay requesting Equipment Repairs bring your Speakers to Wizard. Strong Wind knocked down my Speaker 🔊 helping another Dee-Jay. After Sound Check we didn't have time to Bolt down the Tent. My QSC Speaker 🔊 fixed and Thumping.
Wizard Electronics did a great job repairing the dim screen on my Fantom X7. Would use them again in the future!
I needed to have my QSC KS118 sub repaired under warranty and Wizard Electronics was one of three local QSC authorized repair options. I called all three, with the other two telling me honestly that it would be 7-10 days before a diagnosis could be made. Wizard told me they could do it that day. I crossed my fingers, braved Atlanta traffic, drove it over, and dropped it off. As I was unloading the beast, a worker noticed and had the door propped open for me as I approached. Now I waited. I got a call the next morning informing me that the issue/s had been diagnosed and that the parts had been ordered from QSC. I had been warned by all three repair shops that parts were potentially back ordered and that it likely would be a lengthy process. I decided to wait a week before checking back in to see the status. Before I could call back, I received another call telling me that my order was ready for pickup!!! I was super impressed to say the least. I’ve tested the sub since picking it up and it is once again awesome! I would highly recommend Wizard Electronics. An awesome experience all around!
