If we could rate Daniel 10 stars, we would! My partner and I have just started the process of buying engagement rings. We decided to go to the mall and look at a few jewelry stores. Upon entry, the first few stores we went to barely spent any time helping us find anything, and we barely got any service. We are a queer couple, and my partner is a lot more feminine than me, so they only focused on her, and not me, shoving huge rings in our faces. We then walked into W.K Chan, and were immediately welcomed in by Daniel. When he learned we were looking for engagement rings, he jumped to help us find the perfect fits! He educated us on different carats, cuts, and bands. He helped me find the perfect band for my ring, and exactly the perfect cut for my stone. He brought out some wonderful options for my girl and I, spending so much time listening to us, and learning what we like. Because of Daniel, the process of purchasing our rings seems a lot less daunting, and we will 100% be going back to him to buy our perfect rings! Kind, very well educated, and a phenomenal listener!
