We got absolutely rorted. You can tell it's by the hour as the guys honestly moved at a glacial pace. Everytime I walked in to check on them they were on their phones or having a chat. They'd go to the truck, take forever to pick up an item or unload it, then go to the room where it was to be placed, and wait there forever... Having a chat, or looking at their phones, then go back to the truck and have another chat and get on their phones again. I got so desperate I started unloading things myself. There was two of them but only one taking out ropes etc and it was always incredibly, purposefully slow. I know it's labour intensive work and everyone needs a break every now and then but this was honestly ridiculous. Yes, the guys were polite, friendly, courteous and looked after our things. Nothing was scratched or damaged. Professional yes, but oh my god did they take their time and yes it was definitely on purpose to stretch out the cost. We contacted the company who told us they'd 'have a chat' to the guys but we never heard back.
Brilliant professional service, very efficient and careful with our stuff. The guys are also super friendly and great to deal with. We have moved several times and these are the best ones we have had. Highly recommended.
We recently moved house and used the services of WM Removals. The guys were on time, friendly, extremely careful with our belongings yet still managed to work amazingly fast. Even the booking process was super easy. We had a few issues with our builder/developer changing our settlement date, but Brian was more than accommodating with changing our move date. Clearly a very experienced team and I highly recommend.
Highly recommend! I had the pleasure of dealing with Jake over phone and emails, he organised our move date and details, he was very quick to respond and answered all of my questions. On the day James and Elliot were our removal duo, they arrived perfectly on time, were very friendly and eager to devise a plan to get our move underway. We had pre-done some of the disassembly ourselves and felt so prepared.. up until the moment the lads arrived so we were slightly stressed and feeling frantic. Elliot and James had a look around, came up with a solid plan and got to work. We all worked together to get everything into the truck all while having a laugh with each other. It was like having two mates helping out. We got to the new house and we were unpacked so quickly. Not one bit of damage to either homes or our furniture. They took such great care and packed up everything very securely. The hourly rate is a little more than other companies but still a very fair price and totally worth it for such a great experience. Thanks again!
Absolutely loved working with WM Removals. The team was friendly, super efficient, and made the whole moving process stress free. They handled everything with care and got it all done on time. Great communication too. I would definitely use them again, if needed and recommend them to anyone needing a smooth move.
