Elena and Mia coordinated our wedding from the start. The wedding preparation is taxing no matter with or without planner, but way much more relieved and organized with their help. Both of them demonstrate their professionalism and dedication to make our wedding perfect. In retrospect, I have no single dissatisfaction but gratitude and appreciation. May they are able to help more couples and passing love&fullfill wishes in the future.
Highly recommend Elena and Mia — they made our intimate 30-guest wedding at the State Room in Boston absolutely perfect:) Even though it was a smaller celebration, every detail was beautifully planned and truly came to life! Every décor piece, big or small, was in the right place, and every guest — from kids to elders — felt everything was fresh, fun, relaxing, and thoughtfully cared for. Elena and Mia weren’t just our wedding planners — they felt like longtime friends throughout the planning process. Their thoughtful advice, warm personalities, and incredible attention to detail made everything stress-free (especially for the bride — me!) and so enjoyable. We feel so lucky to have met them for our wedding and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day!
We had a ~85 person wedding in Boston which we planned from across the country (in LA) and we wouldn't have been able to do it without Elena and her team. Elena handled all of the booking and management for almost all of our vendors. She kept us on task with everything we needed to do even though my wife & I often missed deadlines. There was an online planner that we collaborated on so we always knew what needed to be done and understood all the moving pieces. Her team handled all of the design and production of everything which made both the event and planning much more carefree. Elena is very knowledgeable with all the different vendors we could work with in every area and was happy to also help us find others when there was something specific we were looking for. On the day of, her was very helpful as things came up to help us adjust the schedule and coordinate with everyone involved. The guests loved all the unique elements that Elena's team help us coordinate and set up like the specialty coffee cart, postcards + mailbox as a guestbook, ramen station for late night food, etc Looking back, we truly got to be present and enjoy our day because Elena and her team had everything under control. Our wedding day ended up even better than we imagined and is undoubtedly one of the best days of our life. If you're planning a wedding, hire Elena - you'll actually get to enjoy your big day!
We worked with Elena and her team for our wedding on 8/9 at the New England Aquarium. We hired Elena for her month-of-coordination services. Elena and her team were a pleasure to work with--they were organized and responsive. We would recommend Wonder Events to anyone considering a wedding planning/coordination services.
Elena is truly a collaborative event planner. She takes the time and interest to get to know her clients to ensure that her suggested design and planning matches your needs. You can provide Elena candid feedback and she takes it with grace and will always come back with a new idea that better meets your needs. She is meticulous in her work and has beautiful visions for any/all spaces. She prides herself on making sure the client doesn't have to stress about a thing. She is in constant communication to ensure you know what to expect and where she is with your event. She is also just a warm, generous, and kind person.
