This was my first time booking at the Woodhouse Spa and my first time booking with a male massage therapist. I had originally booked with a female but she had called in sick so the only opening they had today was with Juan! The receptionist was very sweet on the phone and let me know how nice Juan is. I ended up going for it. Juan was sooo professional, friendly, and respectful. He made me feel so comfortable during my massage and gently reminded me to relax when I would stiffen up. The massage felt effortless for him even when he was hitting spots that were knotted up and tense. I enjoyed it so much I decided to rebook with him in a few months! The atmosphere is lovely and I’ll definitely be asking for a gift card here for gifts!!
Beautiful surroundings at Woodhouse Spa in Lubbock. Every time I've been here, I've been greeted warmly and professionally. The quiet room is a relaxing place to await your treatment and enjoy a beverage. I love the seasonal pedicures here. So relaxing, and the hot stones are my favorite. I can't wait to return for my next visit.
This was my first visit to Woodhouse Spa, and it was wonderful. I didn't know what to expect, but it all exceeded my expectations. Johnathon was a wonderful host, so helpful and friendly while showing me where to go and then helping me in the retail area and check out. Catrina was my massage therapist, and she was wonderful! I can't wait to go back!
Was recommended by a friend to try this out. So, we booked a soothe facial with Kallie and Anne. Was wonderful facial and so relaxing. Kallie was wonderful and I am super grateful that she did my facial. She was gentle and kind with my face. I look forward to seeing her again for my next facial. My friend got hers with Anne and got some tension out with the facial massage. We chilled out in their quiet room with some Champagne after. It was a wonderful experience and was so worth skipping out on work for Friday afternoon!
My girlfriends and I had such an amazing experience at Woodhouse! Such a relaxing atmosphere, and very attentive! It was the perfect evening for a mom's night out, we all had the hot stone and head massage and were all so sad when our time was done! Chelsea, was amazing and made sure my experience was great! I highly recommend Woodhouse Day Spa, customer service is unmatched and relaxation level is always 100%!
