Highly recommend bringing your pup here for a grooming. They always take such good care of my fur baby and they’re super fast as well. I’ve been taking Jessie to Ricky and I’m always super satisfied with how good of a job he does.
Dawn was so sweet and loved on my little Boston even though he was very enthusiastic about getting to shop. She had great recommendations for high value treats. Great place for date night with my petsitting pup!
Very first grooming experience for my 3 month old Morkie and it was fantastic! Friendly staff and our groomer took time to discuss the process with me. My sweet girl looks and smells wonderful!
I just moved to the city with my little boy, Goose, and I wanted to find him a safe and trustworthy groomer. He can be a handful sometimes and is very dramatic. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The groomer came out and met him before taking him back and I think it helped my dog’s nerves before going back. I definitely felt like the environment was welcoming and safe. After picking up my pup, I was even more happy with the groom! I’m more than happy to pay a little more than what I’ve paid in the past, just to make sure my doggy is safe and happy. We will definitely be coming back :)
Very friendly staff, store was very neat and clean, overall experience was positive. Took my small dog for a full groom. And while they didn’t cut her face as I would have liked - that wasn’t their fault my dog moves a lot. I appreciate they erred on the side of caution. They did a great job with everything else, cutting her body as requested and even getting her nails trimmed neatly. She’s sooooo soft and smells nice but not overpowering.
