I really wanted to like Woof Resorts, but the experience was overshadowed by what felt like predatory late‑fee charges. The fees were far higher than anything I’ve encountered (which are zero) at other boarding facilities, and they weren’t communicated clearly upfront. A simple delay turned into an unexpectedly expensive bill, and the lack of transparency was disappointing. $40 of late fees is unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is their policy that doesn't allow for flexible planning for your pet care needs. The staff seemed friendly enough, but the business practices around late fees left me feeling taken advantage of. Pet owners deserve clear, fair policies—especially when it comes to caring for our animals. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Woof Resorts based on this experience.

Thankful LOVES WOOF RESORTS! This has been one of our favorite daycares, and you can tell everyone there loves the dogs and is passionate about what they do! We utilize the unlimited half-day adventure package, and it’s been so much fun to watch thankful make friends and come home EXHAUSTED! I wanted to give a shout out to Bailey, Who is always incredibly communicative, displays wonderful customer care specialties and loves thankful oh so much! I know thankful is in good hands there, and I never have to worry. You guys rock ❤️

I am an overprotective pet parent. I am constantly worried about my baby every day he’s not in my sight. But when Milo is at woof resorts, I never worry. I know he is in good hands with hard working individuals who care. Every “pawgress report” brings a smile to my face. Whenever I pick up my pup he is happy, exhausted and usually sopping wet because he loves playing in the water they put out for the dogs. I love woof resorts, and so will you!

Very caring employees and they have so many different and fun enriching activities for the pups! My dog loves the water features! I love how they also move the dogs around to change up the space and give the pups proper rest from all the fun they are having. Always feel great dropping my pup off!

Woof Resorts has completely exceeded every expectation I’ve ever had for a dog boarding and daycare facility. I’ve never felt more at ease leaving my two puppies anywhere — they are genuinely treated like family here! The owner, Diana, is an absolute dream to work with. She’s so kind, easy to communicate with, and incredibly detail-oriented. My pups have specific food restrictions, and she always makes sure everything is handled with care. I also love that she sends me pictures throughout the day, which totally puts my mind at ease. One of my favorite parts? Their Instagram account! It’s constantly updated with adorable photos and videos of all the dogs playing — it’s so fun to follow along and see what my babies are up to. Plus, the live camera feed gives me peace of mind knowing I can check in on them at any time. And the paw-gress reports? OBSESSED. At the end of each day, I get a full update on what my pups did, who they played with, and tons of photos and videos that make me smile every time. I truly can’t recommend Woof Resorts enough. The team is amazing, the care is top-notch, and my puppies are always happy, clean, and excited to go back. This place is the BEST!
