I have been a member year here since they opened. Staff is nice, and the trainer Kam is fantastic. If a premium member you can take his fitness classes. He pushes you without having you overdo anything. The only negative is that the machines are dusty.
Love this gym everyone is so nice! I came with a friend recently. The lady at the front Ms. Mona was so kind made my experience even better.
My gym buddy and I decided to step up our game from our apartments gym to this one. It has been over a year and we dont regret it. This gym has much more than every apartment gym I have been. As a bonus, the regular staff has always been welcoming. I dont see them in the official website, but I hope upper management recognize them. I have seen some of them quitting, but I believe Mona has stayed the longest so please treat her right, so by example, she can keep setting that excellent service standard among her peers
I have been going to this gym for a few years now and I just want to say that the equipment is great quality and always clean, the atmosphere is super motivating, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Mona went above and beyond helping me with my membership today. I don’t think you could beat this place in terms of affordability and vibes.
I love this location and is my go to place for workout. It’s very well maintained, clean and never too crowded. The quality of members is also very good. I love that the location is smaller in size and personal. Pros: - Well maintained and top notch equipment - No shortage of space to workout. There’s designated area for everything. - Personal Trainers are knowledgeable and will work with you at your level without slacking. - Plenty of free classes and training sessions. - Premium membership comes with Styku body scan. It helps you track your progress. - Parking is not a problem. Cons: - Avoid opting for premium membership if you intend to use gym after hours because you will not be able to utilize infrared sauna and out door turf for workout. - They offer promo for free extra month of membership on referrals or on signing up for personal training. The problem is the staff changes and promises aren’t delivered. Upon dispute they will work with you to make it right but who wants to deal with this inconsistency? Better have them modify the contract on the spot and get something in writing. - Keep getting different quotes for new member signup and renewal. You feel cheated, if you end up being on the lower end of the stick. Overall, I will recommend this location. They can do better and there’s tremendous scope for improvement. First thing to start with is the consistency of the service and let go off some attitude whenever there’s customer dissatisfaction or disagreement.
