Unfortunately had a terrible experience. They massively increased the cost of the clean after it was almost done leaving us no choice but to pay. If they had communicated with us at all, we could have agreed to leave some things out etc to keep the quoted price. Instead they just forced us to pay 1 and a half times the quoted price which is unacceptable. That is no way to do business and felt extortionate. We have had end of lease cleans done with other businesses before and not once have they increased the price from the quote. The lack of bad reviews is highly suspicious as well as I doubt this is the first time they have done this as you either have the integrity to stick to your quote or you are willing to take advantage of your customers as this business so clearly is. Strongly recommend you choose another cleaning service. We will certainly never use them again. Response: we certainly did use you, however it was booked under my housemates name and as I am the one who paid for the service, I am well within my rights to leave a review. I am not interested in continuing any kind of discussion with you as your lack of apology and defensiveness shows your inability to take accountability. We had an awful experience and I have left my honest review.
Ali and Peema were very easy to work with and they communicated well to complete our window cleaning. It is a big house with some high windows but the team got to all of them inside and out. The tracks were vacuumed and wiped out which is a nice detail piece.
Ali and team gave our house a fantastic spring clean. Our kitchen and bathroom look brand new again. The cleaning lady who did the kitchen did an exceptional clean on all the surfaces, not a thing was missed. Would highly recommend.
Ali was responsive and informative from my first communication with him until after the end of lease clean was done. The work he did was excellent and the Real Estate also commented that a great job was done. I would highly recommend this business!
Ali has done an excellent end of lease cleaning. He has left the bathroom much better than I found it. Kitchen and oven is free of grease and shiny. Was a fair price for the job. Would definitely come back in the future and recommend it to others
