This place feels like an igloo. The moment we opened the door and walked inside, we were hit with a wave of cold air. It was actually colder inside than it was outside. I checked the thermostat at 11:30 AM, and it showed 57°F. When I asked the front desk staff why it was so cold, she explained that the owner (Edwin) turns off the heater at night, and when it’s turned back on in the morning, it takes a long time to warm up the entire warehouse. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be subjected to such harsh conditions just because ownership wants to save money on heating and cooling. The city inspectors really need to address this issue.

Looks under staffed to me, they should definitely have someone checking that big kids don't go to the toddler area. Price for the hour is not bad, but the food its not it, I paid $20 and some change for these so called nachos, and the dude said I gotta pay extra for the jalapeño, the nachos I know come with beans at least but whatever, besides that the place looks fine.

This place is fun for the kids but the service is was subpar. It took 50 min to get two pizzas for them to give us the wrong order. They did give us a free pizza to make up the error. When I went to get drinks and asked if they sell by the pitcher and they said they only do that for parties. I'm my opinion this place is not welcoming for walk-ins. Seating is horrible if you are not part of a party. Not to mention the 50 dollar charge if you want to bring a birthday cake. I think some things can be changed to make it a better experience for all not just if you are part of a party group.

We had a great time at this trampoline park! The place is huge, with multiple areas for kids to play, and I really appreciate that there are always several staff members supervising the kids. The staff (mostly high school kids) do a great job keeping an eye on things and are constantly cleaning the equipment with spray and cloths, which makes the environment feel safe and hygienic. One area that could use improvement is the food service. On busy days, the wait times are very long, so it would be nice to see faster service or more staff helping out. Another recommendation: consider a “parent access” option like other trampoline parks. It doesn’t make sense to charge full price for adults who just want to walk around and supervise their kids. For example, Urban Trampoline charges only 50% of the kid price for adults, which is much more reasonable. Overall, it’s a fun, safe, and clean place for kids, but a couple of small changes could make the experience even better.
