Joining Xelf and completing the Foundations program has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself in recent memory. I’ve never considered myself a “gym person” and it’s been transformational to see that I was wrong. Every coach at Xelf is so kind, supportive and knowledgeable and it’s so empowering to see the progress that you can make in a few short months. And the vibes? Impeccable! You’ll be surrounded by a friendly and diverse community of people who are similarly showing up for themselves and a banger playlist will probably be on. It’s easy to want to be there. If you’re considering taking the plunge, just do it :)
I can’t say enough good things about Xelf and especially the 12-week Foundations program. From day one, the space and staff were genuinely inclusive, non-judgmental, and welcoming—something that matters so much when you’re stepping into strength training, maybe with a little nerves. I was honestly hesitant at first because of the price, and also because I deal with chronic cervicogenic headaches. I worried I wouldn’t be able to fully participate or keep up. Taking the plunge turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. What I found instead was a coaching team that actually meets you where you are. Any time I came in with a headache or limitation, there was always a thoughtful modification that allowed me to keep training and progressing safely. Over time, as my cervical stability improved, my headaches noticeably decreased—something I never expected from a gym program. By the end of the 12 weeks, I had increased my strength significantly, gained 2 lbs of muscle, and—maybe most importantly—learned that I’m far more capable than I ever gave myself credit for. My confidence is way up, and my overall sense of bad-assery is through the roof. If you’re on the fence because you’re worried you’re “not strong enough,” “too injured,” or “not the gym type”—this program is for you. Worth every penny.
Joining Xelf has been the most wonderful experience for me. I have been wanting to lift weights for some time now and the team at Xelf has given me confidence , and taught me so much. I finished the 12-week Foundation Program at Xelf and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The program is very well structured and really helps you build confidence, proper technique, and a sustainable routine. The whole team makes the environment supportive and comfortable even if you’re new to training. Huge thanks to Omar, Sarah, Krystin, Noah, and Luke. Each one of them played a part in keeping me motivated and helping me progress. I genuinely looked forward to every session. Highly recommend Xelf to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey the right way.
Xelf Fitness has been absolutely transformational for me. The entire team creates an incredibly welcoming, zero-judgement environment that makes you feel supported from day one. I recently completed their Foundations Program and loved it so much that I’m now in Foundations 2.0. The whole team is very knowledgeable and is genuinely invested in my success. Damian and Sarah took the time to understand my needs & goals, adjusted workouts to my level and encouraged me in a way that built real confidence. The community vibe here is something special — positive, motivating and incredibly supportive.
