XL Tax Service prepared my family's 2023 and 2024 tax returns using ITIN's that were not valid for IRS filings. This caused us to lose dependent credits and an education credit worth thousands of $ for 2 consecutive years.I emailed them over two months ago requesting a refund of my preparation fees due to their negligence and never received a response. They represent themselves as professional and committed to client satisfaction, even handling complex situations but clearly lacked the knowledge to identify invalid ITINs or advise properly. Their office has been very unresponsive and ignoring multiple attempts to resolve this issue. I will also be filing a complaint with the IRS regarding this negligence. Be cautious and verify your preparer before using their services!
Terrible customer service. Just terrible. I only called to get information and the first guy was just rude just because I didn't give him my name. I just had some questions about filing my taxes. So I asked for a different person to talk with. He put me on hold and a lady answered with rudeness in her voice and when I asked the questions she just hung up on me. No replies just both teaming up on me. Very disappointing when they are not professional at they job. Bad bad 💯
