I’ve been training now with Gemma at Xtreme coming into my 6th week. I train 3 days/week and follow the food plan and so far I’ve lost almost 5kg, my stomach is no longer bloated and I have so much energy! Gemma pushes you but also listens to you and encourages you. I have an injury on my right shoulder and that’s also improving as Gemma is taking me through exercises to strengthen it. I thought I’d only do this for 6 weeks but she’s not gonna get rid of me!. I’m really happy with the results so far and am looking forward to getting down to my weight that I used to be before kids!
I have seen a few personal trainers, which I thought were great until I started with Gemma at Xtreme Results. I was looking for a personal trainer near me and like many, I was drawn to Xtreme Results for their 12-week transformation pictures, so I signed up, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! When I started my fitness journey with Gemma, I was a concoction of bad eating habits, poor form, and a series of failed attempts at reaching my goals. Gemma took all of this into account and provided me with a custom training and meal plan. Over the 12 weeks, she closely monitored my progress, adjusting the plan when needed to keep us on track. Session by session, Gemma pushed me to achieve my personal bests, educated me on the science behind exercise and nutrition, and helped me repair my relationship with food. By the end of the 12 weeks, I had not only transformed my body but also unexpectedly, my mindset. Two and a half year’s later, I've dropped four dress sizes, achieved various goals including WINNING my first body building competition, and feel the best I've ever felt at 33. Now, discussing my health and fitness goals with Gemma is one of my favorite things to do, knowing that I can 100% achieve them with her in my corner. Gemma and Ash are not just personal trainers, they are experts in the health and fitness industry. Their extensive knowledge and experience are evident in every aspect of their programs.
