We had an amazing time at the trampoline park party! From start to finish, everything was so well organized, fun, and stress-free. The kids had a blast, the space was clean and energetic, and the whole experience felt really special. One moment that truly stood out was when our host Hailey went above and beyond—she was extremely helpful, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. She checked in often, and helped my wife decorate the room perfectly. Highly recommend hosting a party here—fantastic service, tons of fun, and a team that genuinely cares!

A nice place for kids... It is a joyful place specially for the kids. To save your time, fill the waiver online and for tickets it doesn't matter a lot if you do online or in-person, at any case you have to be in line once. Weekends are busier, keep in mind 😀,,,

Kids enjoyed it alot. I wish there was any discount for kids 4 years or younger! I had to pay the same amount for a toddler and for a 6 years old. I hope management consider the age differences as other places do. Not sure why some areas are still out of order not even though we paid the full amount, I hope they fix all the areas!

To dtart, this is a good venue to burn off energy for kids and have lots of fun. We booked a birthday party 3 months in advance and we're called a week before being told that it wasn't booked in both of their systems. We had the email stating that everything was booked and good to go but the company still insisted that we had to move our time. One week out on a 6 year old's birthday party is not enough time to have the attendees change their plans. It was worked out the next morning but, our son didn't sleep the entire night thinking that his party was canceled. The location is also in a very busy area of Stittsville so you need to add an extra 20 mins to your drive to deal with the traffic in the area. There is no food from the outside allowed, which is standard, but the pizza and juice provided were not eaten by more than half of the kids. Again, these places tend to have poor quality food. The trampoline gyms are alot of fun for the kids and somewhat supervised by younger staff but, I would give the overall experience a 1 due to the cancelation threat, poor quality food, local traffic and the fact that one kid was throwing a ball so hard that they were knocking kids down when he hit them in the head. It was scaring the other kids and should have been stopped by the parent or supervisor as the child was not listening to other parents asking them to be more gentle. Also another child left in an ambulance due to an accident. You sign waivers are supposed to watch your kids, and they have floor staff but, leaving in an ambulance indicates a concerning injury. I would go back for an afternoon and watch my child because head so much fun but the overall experience in booking a party and being at the venue as an adult was not the best.

We hosted one of my son's birthday parties here, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The online booking process was seamless, and I received a confirmation email a week beforehand. On the day of the party, we arrived a bit early, and the boys started getting a bit rowdy. The staff noticed this and kindly allowed them to start jumping ahead of schedule—great proactive thinking! During the jump session, one of the boys twisted his ankle. The staff immediately came over, checked on him, and promptly got ice for him, which we really appreciated. Once the jump session ended, the staff efficiently coordinated serving the food. Although the price is a bit on the higher side, they’re transparent about the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. Overall, both parents and kids had a fantastic experience!
