I had an awesome experience getting a bleach and tone with Raul at Xxenial. He took the time to listen carefully to my goals for the look I wanted to achieve, and really went above in beyond in explaining the process and making sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. I’m delighted with the outcome and hope to be back again soon!
Came to Raul expecting a haircut for damaged frizzy long curly hair - what I got instead was so much more: hair & image consultation, nutrition coach, long-term hair care, life advice, great stories, and a fresh new look. Even with the rough state my hair was in when I came in, Raul managed to pull out a miracle with giving it new life and preserving much of the length. He patiently answered my many questions and worked with me to explore style and care options that would best suit my lifestyle and needs. I've never had such an educational and gracious hair salon experience, and will most certainly be back!
Raul is fantastic. Did a great job engaging with my daughter to understand what kind of haircut she wanted and would work well with her life's activities and styling habits. Provided helpful advice on hair care and working with wavy. Accommodated a tight scheduling request. Just an all-around delightful experience.
Loved my balayage with Raul! The color came out beautifully blended and really freshened up my look - I’ve already gotten so many compliments. The studio is cozy and the one-on-one attention made the whole experience feel super personalized. Raul is super attentive and nice and made sure to follow up to see that I was happy with my look. I had a fantastic experience with Raul. He built this space himself during the pandemic, and you can tell how much care he puts into every detail—both in the studio and in his work. I went in for a blow dry, and Raul was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, making sure we were on the same page before getting started. His expertise really shows—not only in how he styles hair but also in how he explains his process. You can tell he genuinely wants his clients to leave feeling great about their hair.
