I booked an appointment with Melanie at the You Aesthetics salon. The entire business is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and very pleasing to the eye, everywhere you look. The people working there are very friendly, from the minute you enter the salon to the minute you leave. Melanie had an appointment available when I wanted it. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and is so kind and personable that she makes you feel comfortable immediately. She is truly an expert in her field. Her knowledge and handling of the products she is using is amazing! She is able to quickly identify exactly what you need and provides teaching while she takes care of you. She has a way of not making you feel like she is rushed. She is detail oriented and very focused on you having a great experience! Melanie is truly an asset to your company, and I look forward to having more visits with her!
I have been going to You Beauty, You Med Spa, and You Aesthetics since it’s inception. The staff, nurses and Aestheticians are very knowledgeable and stay up to date on all products. The atmosphere is very upbeat and enjoyable. You is always there for Me and I love it.
The staff is incredible, they do a great job of explaining the process of the treatments and are so professional. I appreciated that the staff also reviewed products that I could purchase at the check out counter! The atmosphere and decor are exceptional. I loved being able to grab something at the Sip cafe while waiting for my treatments.
