Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with my dogs. They stunk so bad when I picked them up. I’m sure she left them to sleep in their own urine and feces. Absolutely zero stars.

Where do I begin. The owner is a true gem. She is incredibly kind and truly cares about the animals. The facility is top notch. We came into town last minute on Christmas Eve and needed accommodations for our senior dog. She happily accepted us last minute and took care of our dog. He came back happy and well taken care of. We absolutely recommend Z pet hotel and can’t wait to come back.

Zaneta is absolutely amazing! We've had difficult experiences with recent boarding services due to our cat's separation anxiety and general dislike of other pets. Zaneta, however, was outstanding. Her commitment to sending daily photos and videos kept us completely at ease. Our cat was visibly happy—her tail was always perched up—which is the best sign we could ask for. Knowing she was safe and cared for by someone so loving and attentive was a huge comfort. We highly recommend Zaneta!

Zaneta is very nice and welcoming. I took my dog Thor to Z Pet Hotel back in September and she showed me the facility which is very clean. I took my dog again recently and he loved it! Zaneta will send videos and pictures of your dog having fun with the other dogs! It’s great she lets you know how they are doing. If I wasn’t so far, I would take him there more. ☺️☺️ Thanks for all you do Zaneta!

This place is the best pet hotel. I was able to go inside my cats room to check it out and spend a few minutes with him to get acclimated. She sent me pictures and update on how he was doing. I have a very happy kitty

Amazing experience from checking in to checking out! It was our pups first time being left alone at a pet resort and I think he enjoyed his stay in Vegas! Far more than I did. We were updated with photos and videos on how our little guy was doing... which kept my fur baby momma heart at ease. This made Vegas an enjoyable experience for the whole family! Would recommend a thousand times over.
