This was the worst salon experience I've ever had after frequenting Aveda salons for over a decade. The stylist was so aggressive washing my hair and didn't condition it well in the bowl so it was extremely knotted when she went to cut it. She barely spoke to me and was very hard to hear when she did and it made the experience a bit awkward. The cut itself was okay, but I was only getting a basic trim. She did pull my facial framing pieces from the middle of my head instead of skimming down the sides, which I thought was odd but looks alright. While drying my hair, she smacked my forehead with the paddle brush so many times, it was bright red when I left. She also kept piling on leave in conditioner and something else greasy. My hair has never felt so disgusting leaving a salon. It was so greasy that your hand would come away shiny from a light touch and my head felt wet. I had to immediately wash it when I got home. I will not be returning to this salon. Also worth mentioning, they called to change my appointment time and told me one time on the phone and emailed me a different time to confirm. The emailed me an earlier time but then I waited over 15 minutes to my original time.
Lori Is one of the most talented stylists I have ever met. I have lived in San Francisco, New York, And Miami. She provided the best haircut and style I have ever received. I felt beautiful leaving the salon. She is AMAZING in every way.
When you walk in you are greeted immediately, they will get you a beverage if you want one. I had someone wash my hair while I was waiting on my stylist Tressa and even though I never got her name, she was amazing too! massaged my hands and scalp and gently washed my hair recommending products they carry as well as collagen & biotin for the internal health of my hair and skin. They really make you feel special here!!
I love the haircut I got from Lori. I didn’t really know what I wanted but she knew what was the best for me. She was patient and kind. She also suggested the color I should have, which was also correct, and she told Emily. Emily was nice to work me into her schedule. She had to apply 2 different colors which actually turned out the way it was planned.
Every experience I have had since Alexis started cutting my hair has been a great one! She listens to my needs and cuts my hair just so. I love my cuts. She’s comfortable to talk to and I enjoy the whole experience.
