I accidentally discovered the store while out shopping. I read the positive Google reviews and made a decision to treat myself to a new screen cover as mine was cracked and chipped. After it was replaced, I realized my case was equally in terrible shape. Bau was extremely helpful showing and explaining the difference between screens and locating cases which would fit my phone. After replacing everything, now it looks like I have a brand new phone!!! Merry Christmas to me!!🙂
My husband and I brought in his iPhone to find out why it kept losing its charge. It only took Lakshmi a few minutes to determine what the problem was. We decided to go with a new battery and after about 20 minutes we were able to pay and be on our way. The phone is working fine now. We will definitely use their repair services in the future should we need them.
My glass protector cracked. Purchased at Bestbuy originally. They didn't have my protector in stock and referred me to go around the corner to Zagg... glad they did. Relatively easy process once I engaged with the manager. Would recommend going to them for your warrantied screen protector purchases. You do have to pay $12 for replacements but it's easy in and easy out
