Her patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the process smooth and enjoyable. She made sure I found a watch that was both practical for my program and aligned with my personal style. I truly appreciated her expertise and friendly attitude throughout the entire visit. The store itself was clean, organized, and offered a great selection, but Nina’s customer service is what truly stood out. Because of her, I left confident and satisfied with my purchase. As long as you come in on the right day in the right time, I love Zales. But do not come in on the weekends or after five because you’ll be waiting in line for a while we only have one store in Wichita! They definitely need another one ASAP!
