I had the best experience at this store thanks to Jaime and Estela. They made ring shopping so much fun! My fiancé and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. We ended up buying our entire bridal set and they were so patient with us trying on every ring! They smiled and laughed with us the whole time and just made for an excellent experience!
I would highly recommend visiting this zales at the outlets. Great customer service! they really helped me out with a warranty repair after the other store couldn’t! Fixed my ring within 2 weeks and it’s good as new!
