Quite nice, very filling. The toppings all get chunked to one area because of how the burrito is made. Temperature is mediocre. Got this free for their celebratory donation event. Wouldn't buy anything from here unfortunately. Nice staff though

I’m a solo business traveller and eat out in Birmingham twice a week. I have tried probably 80% of the restaurants in the city centre. And I’m not joking, Zambreros is in my top 3 🤣 I get a large burrito bowl and it’s absolutely divine. Service is always with a smile, and I love the music they play in store. Plus, knowing that the for every meal you buy, zambreros feed someone in need, makes it taste that much better. Thanks guys

The tacos were excellent-fresh, flavorful, and nutritious. However, the experience was let down by the atmosphere, which was too quiet and lacked energy, and by the seating area, which wasn't as clean as it should have been. Brownie was good to grab too.

The burrito was 10/10. the taste, flavour profile, atmosphere and customer service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend if you are in search for a great Mexico food spot. I will most definitely come back here☺️

Tiny portion sizes for the price. This bowl cost me £7.40 and was a few mouthfuls. Really shocking size for the price and would not fill you up. This includes an extra spoon of rice which we asked nicely for, and nearly got charged extra for. If you walk 5 mins to Boojum the burrito bowl size is no exaggeration FIVE times bigger than this, for a similar price and tastier. You can see a photo of the burrito bowl next to our hand for comparison. Picture 1 & 2: Zambrero Burrito Bowl. Picture 3 & 4: Boojum Burrito Bowl (a lot, lot bigger). Disappointing as we used to come here often for the burritos which also aren’t massive but won’t be any more. Management need to have a good think about their price and portion sizes compared to the other nicer chains in Birmingham, otherwise this won’t last very long. Staff also not the friendliest here, the member seemed offended when we asked nicely for an extra spoon of rice, and we nearly got charged for the small spoon of rice for this! I’d recommend going to Boojum or Zocalo for a better experience with more food! :)
